Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your temporary ink; if your order isn't perfect, you can return unused and unopened tattoo sheets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for tattoos that have already been applied or removed from their protective backing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused temporary tattoos in their original packaging with a copy of your packing slip to ensure the designs remain flat and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned sheets, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
